How it works
- Tell us about your event. Share the date, player count, sponsor list, budget and logos.
- Get a quote and product picks. We recommend options that fit your budget and send a written quote.
- Approve your proofs. Our designers create every sign and imprint, and nothing goes to production without your sign-off.
- Production. Most orders ship in 7–15 business days after proof approval. Rush options are available on many items.
- Delivery. Everything arrives sorted and labeled, ready for setup on event day.
Planning tip: Start 4–6 weeks before your event. That leaves time for sponsor logos to come in, proofs to be approved and products to ship without rush fees.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a minimum order? Minimums depend on the product. Signs can be ordered one at a time. Logo golf balls usually start at one dozen, and most apparel and gift items start around 12–24 pieces.
Can you use my sponsors’ logos? Yes. Send the files you have, and we’ll clean up or recreate low-quality artwork so every sign prints sharp.
Do you accept purchase orders and government payment? Yes. We work with purchase orders, net terms for approved organizations, and agency procurement requirements.
Can you deliver to the golf course? Yes. We can ship directly to your course or venue, packed and labeled by hole or station.
